ABOUT LVF
LVF transcends traditional floristry, creating multi-sensory experiences that transform spaces into living narratives of art and nature. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Producer to help bring our multi-sensory experiences to life.
Our team is a dynamic collective of creatives with backgrounds spanning set design, art history, experiential events, creative production, interior design and exhibition curation. United by a shared passion for pushing artistic boundaries, we thrive on transforming spaces into living works of art – and we’re looking for a thoughtful, highly organised and experienced individual who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment to join our Production Team.
THE ROLE
Based in our London studio in Battersea, this role is ideal for a highly organised, solutions-oriented events production professional who excels at managing large-scale luxury projects globally.
The Senior Producer will collaborate closely with our Creative Director, designers, project managers and makers to bring our multi-sensory luxury experiences to life. While familiarity with floral design is a plus, this position primarily requires strong events production expertise with the ability to translate creative vision into actionable plans, oversee complex builds, and drive seamless project execution from concept to completion.
We are accepting applications from freelance professionals open to long-term contracts and also those looking for a full-time position for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership & Oversight

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding production and logistics.
Technical & CAD Interpretation
- Review and interpret CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and technical diagrams to understand spatial requirements, load limits, rigging points, and installation conditions.
- Translate creative concepts into technical builds, production plans, and material needs.
- Collaborate with technical designers, engineers, and fabricators to foresee challenges and develop solutions.
Budgeting & Financial Management

- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships, including rental houses, fabricators, transportation, and labor providers.
- Oversee cost-saving opportunities without compromising luxury standards.
Logistics & Operations
- Create comprehensive production schedules, run-of-show documents, and installation plans.
- Coordinate logistics for transportation, staffing, fabrication, venue access, safety protocols, and on-site operations.
- Lead on-site production teams during load-in, installation, event execution, and strike.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Conduct site visits to assess build feasibility, safety considerations, and logistical constraints.
- Ensure all work complies with venue regulations, fire/safety codes, union requirements, and event industry best practices.
- Anticipate production risks and develop proactive contingency plans.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with creative and floral design teams to ensure artistic intent is maintained throughout production.
- Partner with project managers and client leads to align timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Mentor junior producers and production assistants.
